UNFILTERED Competition Enforceability Agreement

By participating in UNFILTERED, the participant acknowledges that the competition documents form a legally binding framework intended to be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the invalid provision shall be modified or construed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where lawful.

Electronic signatures, click-wrap acceptance, checkbox confirmation, and portal-based acknowledgments are intended to have the same force and effect as written signatures where recognized by applicable law.

English is the controlling language unless YUME issues an official localized version designated as controlling for a particular jurisdiction. Non-waivable local laws shall prevail over conflicting contract language.
