UNFILTERED Participant Agreement and Release

The participant agrees to comply with all UNFILTERED governing documents, production instructions, platform standards, safety requirements, and reasonable promotional obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the participant releases YUME and related parties from claims arising out of ordinary risks of competition participation, platform use, publicity, travel, rehearsals, interviews, and event attendance, except to the extent caused by gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The participant consents to photography, filming, recording, streaming, editing, and publication of participation-related materials as described in the rights documents.

The participant confirms that participation will not knowingly endanger the participant or others and that the participant will disclose material safety concerns that may affect live production or travel. The participant further acknowledges that confirmed finalists will receive all-expense-paid travel support, including air travel, land transportation, and accommodations, arranged or approved by YUME in accordance with production requirements.
