UNFILTERED Legal and Compliance

This document describes the legal and compliance posture for UNFILTERED and is intended for internal, partner, and operational reference.

UNFILTERED compliance may involve consumer protection, online platform rules, privacy and data security, children's privacy, marketing law, music rights, tax reporting, sweepstakes and contest rules, sanctions controls, accessibility, and event safety obligations. YUME's compliance objective is to operate the competition in a manner that is fair, transparent, and reasonably aligned with applicable law and good-faith risk management.

The public- and participant-facing legal stack includes the Terms and Conditions, Official Rules Framework, Rules and Regulations, Privacy Policy, Privacy and Data Protection Compliance Addendum, Artist Agreement, Participant Agreement and Release, rights releases, consent forms, and winner documents.

Supplemental agreements may be used for sponsors, broadcasters, judges, vendors, or region-specific operators.

YUME may use intake controls, rights-clearance checklists, consent tracking, anti-fraud analytics, sanctions and fraud screening, audit trails, and legal approval workflows to manage risk.

YUME may suspend, modify, localize, or discontinue any feature, prize, promotion, region, or contract pathway where compliance risk, legal change, or regulator guidance so requires.
