UNFILTERED Media and Broadcasting Rights Release

The participant irrevocably authorizes YUME and its licensees, sponsors, broadcasters, distributors, exhibitors, digital platforms, and production partners to film, record, broadcast, webcast, stream, excerpt, edit, dub, subtitle, translate, market, and otherwise exploit the participant's name, likeness, voice, performance, interviews, rehearsals, behind-the-scenes footage, and biographical materials in connection with UNFILTERED and related YUME programming.

Authorized channels include websites, apps, social media, television, OTT services, streaming services, audio services, theatrical or event exhibition, promotional reels, sponsor campaigns, press materials, and archival use.

To the extent permitted by law, the participant waives any right to inspect or approve finished materials or uses, except where a separate written approval right is expressly granted.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate signed agreement, no additional compensation is due for the rights granted under this release.
