UNFILTERED Music Licensing Rights Agreement

UNFILTERED | YUME Global Inc.

1. Grant of License

The Artist grants YUME a non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable license during the Term to reproduce, encode, transcode, host, communicate to the public, publicly perform, publicly display, distribute, market, excerpt, synchronize, and otherwise use the submitted master recording, composition excerpts, lyrics, title, artwork, and related metadata for competition administration, platform publication, marketing, promotional campaigns, and approved commercial exploitation tied to UNFILTERED and YUME ecosystem support.

2. Reservation of Ownership

Except for the rights expressly granted, all underlying copyrights and neighboring rights remain with the Artist and any other rights holders.

3. Publishing and Splits

The Artist shall provide accurate writer, publisher, and split information on request. If any split or publishing dispute exists, YUME may hold publication, remove content, or require additional documentation.

4. Takedown and Rights Conflicts

YUME may remove or disable content upon a good-faith rights claim, court order, legal threat, fraud concern, or operational necessity, without liability beyond what mandatory law requires.

5. No Royalty Unless Separately Agreed

Except for prize components or a separate written distribution, label, or publishing agreement, this license does not by itself require YUME to pay royalties for the uses authorized herein.
