This Privacy and Data Protection Statement summarizes the standards YUME applies to data governance in connection with UNFILTERED and is intended to supplement, not replace, the Privacy Policy.

YUME's data-handling approach is guided by principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.

YUME implements role-based access controls, secure vendor onboarding, contractual confidentiality obligations, logging, incident-management procedures, and periodic review of data-access needs. YUME's security approach includes appropriate access limitation, reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and disciplined management of personal-information flows.

YUME seeks to avoid collecting unnecessary sensitive personal data. Where sensitive, age-related, identity, or financial information is required, access shall be restricted and processing limited to operational need and legal necessity.

If YUME becomes aware of a confirmed data incident affecting UNFILTERED information, it will assess risk, contain the incident, document remediation steps, and issue notices required by applicable law.
