UNFILTERED Privacy and Data Protection Compliance Addendum

This Addendum supplements the Privacy Policy and applies to vendors, sponsors, judges, contractors, and service providers that receive or access UNFILTERED-related personal data.

Recipients of personal data shall process such data only on documented instructions from YUME, implement appropriate security safeguards, restrict onward transfers, ensure confidentiality, assist with data-subject requests where applicable, and delete or return data at the end of the engagement unless retention is legally required.

Any vendor or partner experiencing a suspected or confirmed security incident involving UNFILTERED data must notify YUME without undue delay and provide reasonable cooperation in investigation, containment, remediation, and legally required notice.

No recipient may appoint a subprocessor or transfer data outside the approved processing framework without YUME's prior authorization where such authorization is legally or contractually required.
